Wall Panels With Shower CubiclesIf you are using a shower in your bathroom then you will need some form of wall covering that will offer a waterproof surface. The traditional method for this would usually have been utilising ceramic tiles but recently there has been a growing trend toward installing some form of panelling system in place of tiles. The panels are very easy to install. They can be retro fitted to a cubicle that has already been fitted and tiled - usually without the need to remove the existing tiles. They can also be used as part of a new installation and fitted before the cubicle is installed (but after the shower tray). The number of panels and trims required will depend on the the size of the cubicle, whether the panels are to run to the ceiling and also if you wish to keep the number of trims to a minimum. The following pages might help in highlighting the different shower cubicle options:
We also have a range of large, one-piece shower panels called Spabord. These have a laminate surface and can be fitted with a new cubicle installation but they are too large to retro fit without removing the existing cubicle first Click here for more info on Spabord
