Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your panels please contact our sales office by phone on 029 2056 0949.

Unless you can return the panels to us or our agents in person, the only way these panels can be transported nationwide is via specialist carriers, so we will have to arrange with them to collect the items from you.

Wall panels are substantial items and as such incur large carriage charges. While we will obviously refund the value of any returned panels in full,  we cannot refund your initial delivery charge. In addition, you will be liable for the cost of the return carriage charge which is usually slightly higher than the original delivery charge (national carriers charge more for collection than they do for delivery - this is charged at cost to you)

We are only able to accept full packs for return.

If you have a few spare panels left over after installation we would recommend keeping them in case you ever need to replace any panelling in the future, because batch colours can vary over time and panel designs can be altered or discontinued.
