Terms and ConditionsThese terms and conditions are subject to change, without notification. We comply with the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations. Under these regulations you have seven days to decide if you wish to keep the goods, once you have received them. If during this period you decide to return the goods you must notify us in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned with the original packaging and be in the same condition as when they were despatched. On their receipt we will refund the value of the goods in full. You will be liable for the cost of any carriage invloved. DO NOT INSTALL THE OUTASIGHT IF YOU THINK IT IS UNSUITABLE - the Outasight needs to be screwed and sealed into place which means you will not be able to return it in the same condition that it was received (installing the Outasight will necessitate drilling holes in your wall which might not be covered by any alternative shower barrier that you subsequently install). Goods are only available for delivery to mainland UK addresses by our chosen carrier. Any orders from outside mainland UK will be subject to approval by The Bathroom Marquee Ltd.and will be subject to an extra charge. All goods must be paid for in full before despatch. All goods will be despatched within 21 days of order (subject to stock availability). If there is a problem with stock availability you will be informed and given the choice of choosing an alternative, cancelling the order or waiting for the goods to become available. All goods must be signed for on delivery. We try to ensure that all prices displayed on the website are accurate. Should we discover an error that applies to your order we will inform you and give you the option of proceeding with the revised order or cancelling the order. We will not despatch alternative goods to those ordered without your written approval. All goods must be carefully checked before fitting. We cannot accept goods for return after they have been installed. Should you receive faulty or incorrect goods, we will issue a full refund on their return to us. We will also refund your postage costs or arrange collection by our own carrier depending on the size/weight of the goods in question. Should an item be missing from your order you will be offered a choice of a full refund for the missing item or have the missing item forwarded with no extra carriage charge. We will not be held liable for any consequential loss, arising from incorrect or faulty items supplied, and will have no liability to pay compensation other than any refund that is due to you. Qualified tradesmen should be employed when goods need to be connected to the electricity supply or heating system. We cannot be held responsible for the workmanship of any tradesmen you choose to employ. We comply with the Data Protection Act with regard to your order details.
