If, after receiving your the Outasight, you think it is unsuitable we will refund the cost of the Outasight in full on its return.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 days to decide if you wish to keep your Outasight.

The Outasight is solidly constructed and as a consequence incurs relatively large postage charges - we therefore cannot refund your return postage.

If you require the item collected by carrier this service will be charged at cost (carriers charge substantially more for collcetions than deliveries - usually double the delivery charge).

DO NOT INSTALL THE OUTASIGHT IF YOU THINK IT IS UNSUITABLE - the Outasight needs to be screwed and sealed into place which means you will not be able to return it in the same condition that it was received (installing the Outasight will necessitate drilling holes in your wall which might not be covered by any alternative shower barrier that you subsequently install).
