Outasight - Replace Hinge

Please read instructions a couple of times before exchanging parts.

You will need assistance in securing the front before attempting any replacements.

Remove the curtain and pole before fitting the repacement hinge (see curtain replacement instructions).
Untighten strut at one end and loosen, you may need help with this so that the front of box does not fall
Hold front of box securely to back of box
Undo hinge screws and remove old hinge. Insert new hinge and replace screws.
Open box and re-attach strut right into slot in alluminium as far as it will go and tighten with allen key securely (if it is not right in as far as it will go, and is not tightened right up then it may sag)
Carefully slot pole back onto nipple end at hinge end then slightly bend to slot other end in end cap end
Slide curtain to back and slide hand down curtain to secure to velcro, if curtain too high, pull away and adjust
