Wall Panel Delivery

In order to ensure the highest possible stock availability, the panels are sent out via a nationwide carrier from the UK importers' warehouses. The carriers will require a signature for the delivery and will not leave the goods without one.

Delivery is usually within 7 working days.

If you need an overnight delivery or require delivery on a specific day please contact the sales office on 029 2056 0949 to discuss your requirements.

The following delivery charges are for British mainland addresses only. Delivery outside the area indicated on the map below is at the discretion of The Bathroom Marquee, is subject to availability and will incur a surcharge.

On delivery, please check that the packages are not damaged and that the goods are correct. If there is any visible damage to the packaging please bring it to the attention of the driver and sign for the goods as "damaged on delivery", however the panels themselves are usually un-damaged. Open all of the packages and check all of the items carefully within 24 hours of delivery - do not wait until the panels are being fiited to inspect them. If there are any damaged items please let us know immediately.

Take care when opening the packaging to avoid damaging the panels.

Keep all packaging as this will be needed for the panels' return should any be found to be faulty or incorrect.
