Delivery Details

In order to ensure the highest possible stock availability, the Outasight is sent out directly from the manufacturers by national carriers.

The carriers will require a signature for the delivery and will not leave the goods without one.

Despatches are on a Thursday for delivery on the Friday with the last orders being required before 10a.m Thursday.

If you need an overnight delivery or require delivery on a specific day please contact the sales office on 029 2056 0949 to discuss your requirements.

Delivery is to British mainland addresses only. Delivery outside this area is at the discretion of The Bathroom Marquee, is subject to availability and could incur a surcharge.

On delivery, please check that the package is not damaged and that the goods are correct. If there is any visible damage to the packaging please bring it to the attention of the driver and sign for the goods as "damaged on delivery" - the Outasight itself might well be undamaged but if it is please let us know immediately.

Take care when opening the packaging to avoid damaging the unit.

Keep all packaging as this will be needed for the unit's return should it be found to be faulty or incorrect.
